    My customer’s site: has a contact form on a few of its pages.

    He gets about 10 leads a day and since July 8th, 2019 I noticed that I haven’t seen any in my inbox.

    I asked him if he’s gotten any & he HAS.
    I checked the contact form, both my email & his are listed correctly.

    We are both using GMAIL.

    But I don’t get the emails sent to mine.

    I checked all the plugins and even put my email before his in the ‘Your Email Address’ section to see if that changed it up but no luck.

    Any idea on how I can get this fixed up?

    Have you check your spam box? Are you sure that the emails are not going there? Also, try to check if there are existing filters in your email account that was created before and forget about.

    I’m sorry I think this is a problem with Gmail. Any email that had access to Google’s GMB (Google My Business) Map listings were not receiving the leads.
