Contact Form Not Sending Email

Hi guys!
The contact form isn’t sending out the email. The form has been filled out correctly, it gives the sent notification on the site however nothing is getting sent out via email.

Can you take a look to see what’s going on? I already did everything on this list but it did not resolve the issue: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

I tried everything on the list and also called the hosting provider. They said everything on the server/hosting side looks good.

The form goes to the customer but the filled out form is not going to the email addresses that we set in this section of the form:
“Enter one or more Email addresses (separated by comma) where mails should be delivered to.”
I entered the emails that i’d like the form to be sent to but the form is not sending out to those email addresses.

Note: The form on the Contact Page is working fine. Please see the Private section of this thread to see the contact form I’m referring to.
