    Hello Support,
    We use Enfold Theme Version 5.0.1 on WordPress version: 6.0.1
    We tried to use Enfold’s native contact form, but it doesn’t work. Once the contact form is filled in, it displays: “Your message has been sent!” But nothing arrives. It does not send the message to the receiving email address. (we use our own domain).
    What do we need to do?
    Do we need to do some e-mail server configuration?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you set the from address in the Content > Backend > Your from address field using an email address from your own domain (ex. (Email address hidden if logged out) )?

    Do you receive the emails when using plugins like Contact Form 7 or WPForms?
