    Hello,
    I am contacting you, because our contact forms no longer work on http://www.club-luxembourg.com.
    We don’t change anything.
    In the contact form, we can input all the data, press the “validate” button, and we receive on the screen the message that it’s been processed.

    But we never receive the email that we have a new contact.

    I tried to change the email adress, but no success.

    Can you help us ?

    Which version of the theme are you running? Please make sure that it’s running 5.7.1 first of all: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. If that should not fix your problem, then please try the suggestions listed here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

    Hello,
    Thank you for answering.
    I used Enfold Child. Version 4.9.2.1. WordPress says that we use the last available version.

    In a second hand, I got this message in WordPress, when I input the Envato Key (in the options of Enfold Child -> Updates) .

    email Erreur de code 403 retournée par Envato : Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated

    I don’t know if it’s important or not..

    Hi,
    I fixed this problem with the token key. But that doesn’t fix the problem with the forms.
    Forms still don’t work.

    The version of Enfold Child that we use, is it correct ?
    Can you advise please ?

    Hi,

    A child theme is only used to override the parent theme, so there is no specific child theme version.

    Did you go through all the points in the article I sent? For example; is your WordPress installation able to send emails, and does it work if you use a contact form plugin?
