Hello,
I set up a contact form in my page, and I can send out message, there is the prompt message that the mail has been sent out – but I never receive the mail through email? Of course I set up my email address as a receiver.

This is probably due to how your email (server) is configured.
Are you using a provider such as Gmail or your own domain for the email address? If you are using your own domain you should check how it is configured via your hoster.Easy WP SMTP might help you as well.

MichaelWhat do you mean – how my email is configured??? I do receive all my mails, why not this one? I set up plenty of contact forms but not with Enfold. Is there a problem with this system?
Easy WP SMTP only works with gmail and yahoo etc, right? I use my own domain!Please urgently let me know what there needs to be done from my provider’s end. I sent them the problem but they don’t block anything and don’t understand why I cannot receive this emails!
