In my test I don’t see an error message, please try using the plugin WP Mail Logging as it will help discover errors.
Also Try disabling your plugins.
After you install it, try to send a message and view the log. If you wish more assistance, please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

Thank you for your answer but it does not help.
The contact form will not be sent and WP mail login will not show a log file.
If the button for mail is pressed then the form is blue. There are no more form fields to be seen and no information appears to be sent. You can see it on the life page.
To test all plugins disabled, the problem is stillHi,
Can I ask if you are using the Disable Template Builder Elements options? Please try to “Always load all elements”

we have the same Problem whit the next Website, we have test it whit following settings:
– Always load all Elements (Template Builder Elements)
– disable all Plugins
– commented out the functions.php and the js folder in the Child ThemeThe Problem is the same, the contact form will not be sent.
which script is not loaded here?best regards

I wanted to test your contact form but I received a error in filling out your contact form for the “mail address” please post a test address that will pass the validity check of your form.
I tried using your address as a test but it was not valid, I’m from the US so perhaps our mail address format is different.
Also please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look, and as it’s a test site, can we disable plugins and install testing plugins?Did you get the contact form to work on the other site, what turned out to be the issue, is this site on the same host?

the form still does not work. Data is not sent. I attach you below the login data. Plugins can be disabled for testing purposes. Please activate again afterwards!

Thanks for the login, I took another look and believe it’s the html in the title field of the last check box, once I removed the link to your privacy page and the email address the mail was sent & received correctly. Please try this.Best regards,

I have removed the link and the address, cache has been emptied, but the form is not being sent.

Hi,
When I tested before I copied your contact form element and tried different changes to it until it was working with my email, this is why I thought it was the html tags the title field. We have also seen this issue with other title fields in other elements.
So this time I tried making changes to your original contact form element, and it seems once I deactivated all of your mandated fields and then mandated them again your form began to work again.
