The contact form and the Captcha that you offer has been hacked. I am using the contact form with captcha and I am having a lot of problems wth spam, changed the email address and within 1 hour started to receive spam. Had the A2 server techs check it out and they said the Contact for with captcha has been hacked and to contact you to see if you have any updates to this form?

MikeMay 16, 2017 at 12:32 pm #793857Hi Renvato2 and Mike,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look.
@MSM , please start a separate thread. It gets very confusing after a few replies.
Best regards,

May 16, 2017 at 8:36 pm #794431Hi,
it sounds like your website got hacked, so I would scan it for detecting any viruses. In the future use a good anti virus plugin (Wordfence etc.).

AndyMay 16, 2017 at 11:49 pm #794542HI Andy,
I talked with my Hosting company Tech and he investigated the issue and said that the Website absolutely was not hacked and that it is the
Form / Captcha that have been exploited. See Below in Private Content for a detailed explanation from the Tech at the Hosting co.
Thanks, RussMay 19, 2017 at 6:21 am #796337Hi,
Thank you for the info.
It might take a while before we can improve or implement a new captcha feature so I think it would be wise to use a contact form plugin temporarily. We usually recommend the Contact Form 7 plugin but you can use other plugin at your disposal.
Best regards,
