Hello,
The contact form only sends some of the completed forms but not others.
I cannot figure out why the forms that it does send to the specified email address get sent whilst other completed forms do not.
Please let me know why this is happening
I should specify – it is the top form (to fill out 3 refer a friend emails) – not the “Got a Question” form at the bottom of the page

YigitYes I have tried that, as well as entered multiple email addresses.
As I mentioned – this is an intermittent problems – sometimes the form gets sent whereas other times it does not.
Sometimes it will send to one email address whereas other times it will not send to the other email addresses.
This is why I have contacted Support as the troubleshooting does not make sense because this problem only exists some of the time.
Please advise why this is happening and how it can be fixed.

If you really want to solve the issue, you will need to investigate it more. I would suggest looking into your mailer, if it’s writing logs you might find some answers there. Or turn on logging for outbound emails or even write some lines of code to log the emails, maybe some of them are not validated by mailer. You need to test the form more extensively.
