Contact form

I am setting up this site for a customer.

I added a contact for using the Contact Form module in the builder, but it never successfully sent messages to either myself or my customer. I had to remove it because people were sending messages no one ever received. The contact form is not complicated in any way and I’m fairly certain I set it up correctly. Please let me know the best way I can demonstrate the issue to you–I’m not sure I can show you how we were not receiving messages.
