    Hi there, I just updated an existing website to enfold and only on the pages, when I try and edit to change to the advanced page builder do I get the error:
    Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.

    I am able to do other updates without issue. Per recommendation in the other threads I am included credentials in the private area.

    Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Well, I feel silly, I didn’t realize the theme version was outdated. Updating the theme solved the issue, thanks and so sorry for the silly support question.
