Conflict with Events Manager

Hi,

I am having a conflict with a plugin called Events Manager. This has to do with the date picker. I have seen another post here regarding the same issue I am having and apparently it has to do with jquery. The issue occurs when I click on a field on the back end. A calendar is supposed to pop up and from there, I am to select the date. When Enfold is activated, I cannot see the calendar. This is NOT a plugin issue as all other plugins were deactivated. When I activate the 2013 theme from wordpress, the plugin works fine. It is only when Enfold is activated that I have this issue. Please help me fix this or direct me to another plugin that will work for an events management system. Thanks.

update: I just found this article from the people over at Events Manager. Apparently, Kreisi themes are known for this conflict as indicated by the other user of the Abundance theme. No matter, I love Enfold and use it a good deal. It is great. But there must be a fix for this. So please give me a hand as quickly as possible or let me know of an events management system that will not pose a conflict. Thanks.
