Comments while logged in not working with GDPR checkbox - Support

Hi guys,

thanks for the new GDPR-Setup of Enfold.

I enabled the GDPR checkbox for commenting – works fine.

However, I noticed today that I was unable to comment while being logged in.

In other words: while being an active user (admin, editor, whatever), the theme does not display the GDPR checkbox. Thus, any comment will be prompted with the standard error message.

I hope you’ll consider this for a quick bugfix in the comments-Template.

Hi guys,

I got the same problem. As long as I’m logged out everything works fine.
But as soon as I’m logged in I’m unable to comment and the checkbox isn’t showing.
