One of my sites hasnt been visited for a while : https://www.showcasepropertyservices.com/ – it is up to date with WP and PHP and running Enfold 4.3.2
In the backend of the site it looks all ok. Go onto the home page and you can see the page (using advanced layout, not blocks) shows the service icons in four columns. However, look at the home page published and it shows no columns – the icons are in a vertical line and have a strange rollover reaction too.
The columns have also gone from the footer.
I have tried rebuilding the pages, duplicating and recreating the columns, uninstalling all plugins etc all with no effect.
There are a couple of threads that list a similar issue with older versions of Enfold but none of the solutions work.
Please help!

March 19, 2020 at 7:50 am #1194325Hi,
Sorry for the problem. The version of the theme you are running is actually pretty old, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
Rikard -
