Hi,
Do I understand it correctly:
You mean clicking the button “Preview Changes” on the Edit Page and not the “Live Preview” on the Themes page.
Is it still messed up after updating the page ?
Can you give us the shortcode of the page (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/) please so we can try to reproduce the problem on our test environment? You can paste it in https://pastebin.com/ and put the link in private content.
Best regards,
GünterNovember 22, 2017 at 12:07 pm #880197Hi Günter,
I created the thread you ask for: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/equal-height-columns-2/
Cache is disable, ALB is enable and theme is up to date.
So really hope you have the time to take a look at the issue.
Thank you very much!November 30, 2017 at 7:03 pm #883529HI Gunter,
The problem with the topic of this thread “Columns not displayed correctly after updating to 4.0.7” continues to occur. To recreate the problem I shifted the order of Color Sections, went to Preview, and the problem occurs.
I took 4 screenshots of “before” and “after” showing the columns in the correct order and then displaying incorrectly in the “Preview Changes” view. They are in the Media Library. The links are below.
Login credentials and screenshots are in private content.
Thanks
December 1, 2017 at 12:42 pm #883863Hi,
Thanks for pointing at this problem. This is really a bug but only concerning the preview mode.
If you update the page and then preview, the layout is correct.
I put it on our todo list and we will try to fix it in the next update.
Best regards,
GünterJanuary 16, 2018 at 9:23 pm #898158Hi Günter,
We are still unable to make changes to our site because the Previews don’t render correctly in the design phase.
As a business, we can’t wait for an update with a fix.
Please assist.Thank you,
NicoleJanuary 17, 2018 at 1:16 pm #898462Hi,
The problem with the previews is too complex to be solved in a few lines of code. It should be fixed in the next update we are currently working on.
As a temporary workaround:
Wordpress supports revisions, means you can save the page and if you do not like you can discard and switch back to previous versions of the page.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
