    Hi there, I have a color section video background that won’t seem to play, not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any help is appreciated, thanks! Please feel free to login to admin and see what the issue might be.

    Hey Rick,

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Sorry, I updated it now on the homepage. The color section is just below the menu, set to 75% height but comes up blank.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.
