    Hi, the video background on this page, in the color section, had been working previously but no longer is. Can you offer a solution?

    Hey HostageMedia,

    Have you tried a different video link. It seems the link isn’t beeing found. Also, as a precaution please try disabling all active plugins.

    Hey Jordan, thanks for the reply. There are only a few plugins on the site (*Under Construction, Askimit, Classic Editor) and they are all disabled. I also just tried a different video and it is loading the exact same (to the left side and not filling the space like it did previously, and going below the color section it should be contained within).

    I have checked on the issue and tried to reproduce it on my end but it’s working fine on my end.
    I noticed you are still using Enfold 4.5.2, can you try to update to the latest version? just make a backup before updating.
    If that still doesn’t work, please give us admin access on your backend, so we can check further.

    Hi Nikko, i saved the page as a template so as to make a duplicate you could work on and when i viewed that template the issue was resolved…

    The only other thing i did was input the token which i had not yet done because this is a sandbox version of the site which will be located at a different URL when it is complete. I always put the token in for the final version, on the client’s URL, and never on the development version on my own. Ive never had an issue like this before, could it have been caused by a lack of a confirmed token?

    We apologize for the delayed response.
    We never had any issue like that which is due to lack of token, though issues like that are more likely due to cache.
    Maybe adding the token triggered flushing out some cached files and fixes the issue.
