    Hello,

    I have set up a Color Section with a Background image (fixed). It creates a perfect effect on my website, but it doesn’t work on iPhones & iPad (there is no scroll over the image). Is there an option to make it work.

    Moreover, how can I enlarge the Padding? I have selected Large, but I saw on the Enfold theme that the padding was even larger.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hi,

    Can you give us a link to the website?

    Under the Color Section options, you can apply a unique css id selector. Add the id “new-color-section” for example then specify the height on your custom.css or Quick CSS:

    #new-color-section {
    height: 500px;
    }

    Let me tag Devin to check the parallax effect on iPad.

    Regards,

    Ismael

    I have the same problem and some others:(

    None of my color sections with fixed images work perfectly on the iPad. (They look very good on my PC though..) I am using the full width of the screen and have stretched the images to fit.

    Here for instance, the image is repeated instead of stretched on the iPad: http://lystilditthus.no/om-marie-anisdahl-side/

    Here, the color block doesn’t show on the iPad, at least not as I am writing this: http://lystilditthus.no/for-profesjonelle/

    And, this is maybe typical for responsive sites – the image segment shown on the iPad is very different from the image segment shown on bigger screens – and on the iPad some of my images become really uninteresting:( – if you have a solution to this, please tell me:

    Thank you,

    Hi MarieAn,

    The first thing to try is updating your theme files. This will also allow you to update WordPress to 3.6 since the Enfold 1.9.1 update brought it up to date for the newest WordPress release.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Every site can be different. We’ll need to see your actual site to be able to help or see if the issues could be similar/the same.
