I have a color section at the top of my home page with a section height of 100% Browser Window height. Everything is generally okay after loading, but when the page first loads the section appears to take up much more space than this and then shrinks to the 100% height as the page loads. This is causing me huge issues with CLS scores which I am trying to reduce prior to Google’s May 2021 Core Web Vitals update.
Website link and objects causing CLS in private content. Any thoughts?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Unfortunately not. Just did the upgrade then but the issue still remains. It looks like the section fills up a huge space below the fold for a brief moment and then scales down to 100% browser height afterwards.

I’m very sorry for the late reply. It looks like you CSS is cached, does it make any difference if you clear the cache, or leave the caching plugin deactivated? Also please try to disable file compression under Enfold->Performance, and make sure that the option to delete the old CSS and JS files is active, on the same page.
