Hi, if I add a codeblock to my custom template, all I get is this:
[avia_codeblock_placeholder uid=”0″]
Why will this not render?
Others have had this issue too, but I don’t see the solution?

Hey Killick,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoI have made a new page template. After using the new page template i have the following problem: I add some codeblocks but get this output in the frontend: [avia_codeblock_placeholder uid=”0″]. I read all the support but I still don’t see any solution.

Thanks for that, login details are working now. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
