Since the past few days, the checkout page somehow has frozen and customers cant fill any field. It was working fine but might be after updating to the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce this issue comes up.
I have contacted my hosting support and they said that the issue is with Enfold theme.
Could you please help me out to resolve this issue?
Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves?
We haven’t had any other users report this so it’s likely something local to your installation. What exactly is your hosting provider saying is the problem with the theme? Are you using any plugins or custom code which might affect the default WooCommerce behaviour?
This is a classic example of why you should perform updates on a staging version of your site. Please keep in mind that you have to careful during updates.
