    It happens from time to time and now especially when I make changes to the privacy / cookie banner in Enfold that the whole site is not loaded correctly.

    More precise: I get the error in browser console: “Failed to load resource: the server avia-footer-scripts-..-60—.js:1

    Sometimes it seems to get fixed when I change any other setting after a while.

    This also happend once when Yoast SEA plugin was not up to date. But it’s all up to date now.

    Especially when I want to add the cookie consent message in English.

    Your login link redirects me to WordPress.com and login credentials do not work there. Could you please let us know how we can login and also point out where Enfold theme option is located? I unfortunately do not have much experience with websites built on WordPress.com :)

    Thanks for the information!

    I went to Enfold theme options and enabled Cookie bar however I did not receive any errors. Front and back end looks right as well.
    I noticed that you have enabled “Fix WP bug, add unique timestamps” option in Enfold theme options > Performance. Since error seems to be related to compressed JS files, I am guessing enabling that option fixed the issue.

    If there are certain steps we should take to reproduce the issue, could you please write them down :)

    Hi,

    I tried toggling the option a few times but could not reproduce it.

    If you can still reproduce the issue, could you please try de-activating Page Optimize plugin and check if that helps?

    I had a similar Problem again when editing a page.
    Is there a possibility do an online meeting with screen sharing so I can show you the problem? It’s hard when you can’t reproduce ist.

    I think the problem is deeper.
    E.g. I wanted to copy content (code) from one page to another and I see the result in “Preview”.
    However when I update the page the changes are gone (or the page or corrupt).
    I think there is something that interfere with wordpress or enfold. No clue what it could be.
    That’s why I asked for screensharing because you can’t reproduce the problem.
    (I tried different browsers).

    I waited for ~10 Minutes and then the new content was online (also testet on other devices).
    There seems to be some kind of caching as said earlier that I don’t understand and messes with the site.
    Do you have any idea what that could be?

    There could be some server sided cache. Could you please contact the support team at WordPress.com and ask them if that is the case and if so, how to clear it manually?
