Changing colour of icons in mobile

Hi, I’m using this CSS code to change the colour of my icons to red on my enfold site. However when I open the page in my mobile phone, the old grey colour is back. How do I make sure it’s always red, regardless of what platform I’m using to open the page?

Here is the current code:
