Hello,
Is it possible to have the logo menu and position set one way on the home page, and another way for the interior pages?
Example: I’d like to have it set to Logo centered, menu below on the homepage and Logo left menu right on the rest of the pages.

Thank you for using Enfold.
You can’t do this on the theme options alone but you can alter the layout of the logo via css. For example, you can use the .logo css selector plus the page class of the home page, usually .home, to adjust the logo. This require custom modifications on the theme which is beyond the scope of support. Please hire a freelance developer.
