Thanks,
RikardFebruary 2, 2016 at 10:34 am #576342Hi ..
With respect … I’m not sure why you need the url to take a closer look – it seems my question is straightforward.
I’d also like to know how I can add space between the navbar and the header ?..
Thanks,

February 2, 2016 at 5:50 pm #576593Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
#header_main_alternate { background: orange !important; }
Since Enfold has many header options, we need screenshots or links to websites in order to provide accurate custom CSS code. For future reference, if you attach screenshots showing the changes you would like to make, we can make sure to understand you better and try to help you quicker :)

Did not code work for you?
It would be easier if you uploaded your screenshots on imgur.com and share the links here :)Cheers!
YigitFebruary 4, 2016 at 6:00 pm #577927Yes … the css worked for the color ..
Now I need to be able to add space either below or above the same bar.

Sorry for the late reply. It looks like you site is protected via htaccess, please open a new thread and include details for that as well.
Best regards,
RikardApril 1, 2019 at 8:56 pm #1085692Pretty sure I included login information for the firewall, that is why I marked it private. I have created other topics, but can’t find them. I will wait for your response. Thank you.
April 2, 2019 at 1:39 pm #1086067Hi hunter_ncmed,
I can’t see any login details posted from you except the ones in private which don’t work for the htaccess prompt. Please include all necessary details in every thread you post.
Best regards,
RikardApril 2, 2019 at 3:49 pm #1086126The prompt is a little picky at times and sometimes takes a few times to grant access. I have posted a new thread, maybe two and have included the correct credentials. Thank you.

April 5, 2019 at 4:45 am #1087338Hi hunter_ncmed,
Thanks for the update, I can access your site now. First off, could you try to update the theme to the latest version (4.5.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardApril 5, 2019 at 6:07 pm #1087549That seems to have done the trick Rikard. Thank you for your assistance.
April 5, 2019 at 6:42 pm #1087559Spoke to soon Rikard. When I go into the Advanced Styling of the main menu and save my changes the files corrupt and the animations break. The site works for now, but I cannot make edits in the Advance Styling section.
I have deleted the Enfold directory and uploaded again, but the problem persists. Not sure where to go from here.
April 7, 2019 at 9:35 am #1087905Hi,
Thanks for the update. Did you make sure to turn everything off under Enfold->Performance? Also check the box at the bottom of the page in order to delete the old CSS and JS files to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
RikardApril 7, 2019 at 11:59 pm #1088067I did not. Want to take my time when posting to not look like I am bumping these posts, just under deadline and in a time crunch.
I turned off everything in the Performance section and did a series of tests. All seemed to work, but lost some performance when disabling CSS and JS merging. I’ve enabled those, and it seems to work with just checking Delete all old CSS and JS files.
I tried going back and disabling emojis and saved all changes. The animations broke again. I restored from back up and started over. For now I will just leave delete old CSS and JS checked for now, this works from a backup, but when I make changes and save the animations break.
It seems that there are inconsistencies on the Enfold styling menus, saving and the animations working. I will leave this for now, but will follow up with you if more problems arise. Very challenging this endeavor.
Thank you.

RikardApril 22, 2019 at 10:41 pm #1093423Hello Rikard,
The problem still persists when making changes in the Advanced Styling tab. Every time I make a change to any element, I’m now trying to add a different element and a smaller <h1> tag for my product pages, the animations, counters and rollovers break. Do I have to replace the Enfold folder every time via FTP? I’m not sure if this is a bug or something I’m doing wrong. Thanks for the help.Looking to add a custom CSS style for a smaller <h1> that doesn’t supersede the primary <h1> by using #top and also a secondary color. I need the code for this, but don’t want to crash the site again by saving the Advanced Styling changes.
April 29, 2019 at 12:41 pm #1095239Hi hunter_ncmed,
That is very weird, the changes in the Advanced Styling tab cannot crash the website. If that does not work you can add css in the styles.css file. Can you please explain a bit more which element on which page you need to be changed.
Best regards,
VictoriaApril 29, 2019 at 6:17 pm #1095405Hello Victoria,
It’s happening. It’s not crashing the website, but crashing the rollovers, animations and counters as explained in detail here:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/styling-header-main-menu-breaks-image-animations-counters-and-rollovers/
The website is working properly now, but any change that is made in the AS tab and then saved breaks the animations and counters.
I cannot make changes to , <h1> and menu styling.May 2, 2019 at 5:19 pm #1096531Any movement on this topic? I can’t make changes in the General Styling tab or Advance Styling tab without the animations breaking. Really not sure where to go with this.
Thank you.
