Hi Enfold Support
Some of my website pages are not displaying when editing. They appear fine when viewing. As a result, I’m unable to make changes to these pages.
Video explaining the problem, example pages and an admin link are in the Private Area.
Thanks
Paul

Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem, I see the same thing on my end unfortunately. Could you enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, so that we can try moving them to a new page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I activated debug mode on your site, and created a copy of the first problem page, please see private. The problem seems to be that you have used the word “include” in the content, after I remove all instances of the word, then the layout builder works as it should. It’s related to security settings on the server, please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#troubleshoot. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can modify that rule for you?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 12, 2020 at 8:49 am #1260053Hi Rikard,
Thank you very much for identifying the cause of this.
I’ll contact my hosting provider to see if they can modify the rule. Otherwise, I’ll change the word “include” to something else!
Thanks again
Paul
