    Hello,
    I’m no longer able to use Google reCAPTCHA v2 or v3 on my website. In the theme options panel everything seems to work correctly, but when I try to submit a form I get the following error (in Italian) and the form is not sent:

    “Token per convalidare il modulo già scaduto.
    Non è stato possibile inviare il modulo. Si prega di ricaricare la pagina e riprovare.
    Transitorio per verificare che il modulo fosse mancante o scaduto.”

    What can I do?

    Did you try generating a new token in your Google account? Please refer to the documentation for further help: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#captcha

    Yes, I regenerated a new token but nothing changed

    Thanks for that. What happens if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and try the form after that?

    Hi,

    I would advise that you copy the site to a staging area then. If you want to do it on the live site, then it won’t take more than a few minutes. It can be done during a low traffic period as well.
