    It’s attached. I went an bought the theme again and the same thing.

    Any ideas, Ive used it for 5 years or so and never an issue yet wasted most on the day today… It become a bloody expensive theme when it wont even upload and install.

    Sorry for the inconvenience Dave! Not really sure what causes this issue. Could you please try installing the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install?

    I’m having the same problem. I updated three sites due to the wordpress auto-update glitch, all three sites use the enfold theme, but one of them tanked out. GoDaddy help desk said the theme was “not compatible” and reset it to a basic theme so I could get back in. Now enfold won’t load and the error message is “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.” I guess I’ll try the FTP install. :(

    Yes, the FTP upload worked. It’s back up and running. Just had a few minor tweaks to get the site back in order.

    You are currently using PHP 5.3.29 on your server. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade to PHP 7.x?

    Well note!
    I have request our hosting provider help me change the cpanel version. Current version is 56.0.2
    upgrade to PHP 7.x version.

    But I have another Website use Enfold theme, I check my PHP current version is 5.2 only.
    do you know what is the problem?

    Hi,

    Could you please upgrade PHP version on your other site as well? Minimum recommended PHP version for WordPress is 5.6 and with any version older than that may cause issues with theme, plugins or WordPress.

    I found the Enfold theme is ready, but when I finish the edit & click view page show as below =>
    ” The requested URL /about/ was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to
    handle the request.”

    is it any setting problem?

    Hey,

    Please go to Settings > Permalinks and flush your settings – https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
    if that does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins and check once again.
