    Hey there,

    I cant upload a Child theme in my clients website.
    It says its the wrong zip Format.
    Do you know why?

    The Login Data are in the private sectioon if you want to try the upload.
    We made an Backup so dont worry.

    Thanks for the login, I uploaded the child theme for you :

    Please enable it and import your parent theme settings, see our documentation here.

    Thank you Mike, that worked.

    Could you share what the problem was? I downloaded the Zip from your official Site. My Client tried this too on her laptop and she had the same problem.
