Can't update to 3.2.2

Hi. i’ve tried both downloading from themeforest under downloads but it seems that i kept getting the 3.2 download only on that site and NOT 3.2.2. So i went in the admin theme update option and try to update there but to no avail. i’m getting a “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Could not open handle for fopen() to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mktg.nbins.com/wp-content/tmp/enfold.zipAWSAccessKeyIdAKIAJYG5ROGJ6X7Z3M6QExpires1436194683SignatureNZhbUqbbScrcvOkPL8LTZCxf3is%3Dresponse-content-dispositionattachment%3B-filename%3Dthemeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress_theme.tmp”

My website is currently inside a development area hence i can’t give you access. Please advise.
