    Hello there

    Each time I attempt to update my Enfold theme, I get this message:

    Hey Anna

    You have to update Enfold manually in this case. Are you familiar with FTP? If not, try method 1 below.

    If yes, try method 2:
    1) By plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file
    2) My preferred method, S(FTP). I described it in detail here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-update-via-wp-dashboard-fails/#post-1022202

    Hi Victoria

    Thank you so much for asking, I did try to respond to Michael, but the message wouldn’t go through; unfortunately I could not follow his instructions as I am totally unfamiliar with FTP. I had already tried his first solution and that didn’t work so I am still unable to update – so any help you can offer would be extremely gratefully received.

    i’ve the same problem… But how i can take the last versions of Enfold Theme in my panel? In my download i find only the old version…

    You can always download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account. If you need help updating then please open a new thread and include details to your site in private.
