We are unable to update Enfold and need expert assistance. Our version is 4.0.5 it looks like. Is there any moderator here that can go into our account and fix this for us? We’ve read through the FAQ’s, but its still confusing. Thanks.

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

RikardWe were able to update. Thanks for all the links and help. It worked as you instructed. Only difference is that I renamed the old Enfold folder “Enfold-old” just in case we needed to revert. Didn’t need to though. Thanks.
OK we do have a new issue now that we’ve updated. There is a cart icon showing up in some mobile versions of our home page. I have an iPhone 6 and its not showing up. The normal 3 line nav button is showing up, but in newer iPhones the cart is showing up. Our site is https://813pca.com. You can see the cart in the developers mode as well. How do I remove this and just have the nav menu?

You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
