Dear Enfold Forum,
I can´t update to the new Enfold Release. Created the new token at theme forest api console and then check the Udate manually – not working
The fitted enfold release ist 4.2Later I try to upload a new enfold via backend- it was not working an bring me an error.
I bought a new theme and try to make a complete installation and
upload it via ftp. Website is gone fatal error…Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-………………………shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /……………………………./wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8
Please help I need website running urgently….

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

This error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-………………………shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /……………………………./wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8, might be due to a file which has moved its location in the new version of the theme. If you should get that error again then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then upload the new one after that.
