Hi,
I tried to make some changes in a textbox, but it seems impossible to save the changes.
Caches a.s.o. are deleted and emptied, but still it’s not possible.
And yes, I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them.
Enfold and WP are installed in their latest version.Any ideas what I could do?

sorry for my impatience – that’s the dark side of me. ;-)
For example, if you go on the page https://www.herzbluat.at/6-monate-notfall-hilfe-herzbluat-marketing-werbeagentur-salzburg-oesterreich/
there is an element called “Text-Block” which contains the text “Das Kleingedruckte …”.
I made some changes in this Text-Block, saved it, pressed the “Aktualisieren”-Button and then clicked on “Seite anzeigen”.
The changes and modifications I made can not be seen. And that’s the error.
You can try it on this page live, it doesn’t matter if you type some blind-copy, I can erase it afterwards.Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem, I can reproduce the problem on my end. Could you please enable debug mode so that we can copy all the shortcodes to a new page? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We don’t want to mess with your live page, it’s better to experiment on a test page.

Thanks for that. I created a test page but the builder won’t even accept the content of your problem page, I’m not sure why that would be unfortunately. I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look as well.

In the meantime I added a new page called “Testseite” https://www.herzbluat.at/testseite/
Here it works perfectly if I make changes or modifications – so imho it can’t be a server- or database-issue.
But – on https://www.herzbluat.at/6-monate-notfall-hilfe-herzbluat-marketing-werbeagentur-salzburg-oesterreich/ changes and modifications can still not be saved. :-(Best regards

I just found a work-around. It must have been something, e.g. a character or so, in the Text-Field.
As I deleted the Text-Field completely and exchanged it by a “Spezielle-Überschrift”-Field it worked suddenly.It doesn’t solve the problem, or is very professional, but at least I can save my adjustments again.

there was nothing special in the Text-field, just plan text, some h3s, some bold letters, some text-links and two smileys.

I can confirm that this caused die Layout Editor stop working properly when saving.
