    Hi I purchased Enfold Photography theme. Each time I try to get onto the forum I can’t login. My username with Enfold is jodie777. My wordpress login is jonaAdmin. I’m frustrated that I can’t get support from you even though I have your product. Please respond!

    My support did end in August but it was June 19th when I asked this same question. The response I got was “Thank you for your request. It has been routed to our support forum. You will be informed by mail, when our staff has answered your questions.”

    I didn’t follow up on it.

    All I want is to be able to login to the forums to learn more but have never been able to. When I put in different logins and passwords it doesn’t say incorrect it just reloads and has an empty login and password.

    I know my enfold login is jodie777 so it should give me options.
