I’m struggling here at not being able to directly contact a support person! I need help getting this theme installed
I’m using WordPress 4.6.1
I’ve tried to load the Enfold theme in Chrome MS Edge & also Firefox;From the WP interface I see;
If you have a theme in a .zip format, you may install it by uploading it here.So I upload the enfold.zip file;
enfold.zip Install nowAnd then it takes me to a screen which asks;
Are you sure you want to do this? (there is no button or anything to click y/n)
And a link to “Please try again.” which directs back to the admin/theme-install.php pageMy webhost company is Zentec, they are mostly non-responsive to any requests for assistance, I have repeatedly requested FTP access and those requests continue to be ignored.

Try restarting your browser and clear the browser cache, it should work after that.

As I pointed out in my initial post, I tried this in 3 different browsers, after reading your comment I shut down all of my browsers, all of my windows and to make extra sure I re-booted my computer to be sure that all cache was cleared. I didn’t repeat the process with Firefox, but I did make sure to screen shot both the individual steps and also the URL and the code for the error message.
You can see the “Are you sure that you want to do this?” Message, and no button to say “yes”, and the link back to the install theme page.
As I pointed out, due to trouble with the web host, FTP is NOT an option for me.Thanks for your ongoing assistance

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also if you could upload the file you are trying to use to somewhere that would be great, make sure that it’s not publicly accessible though.

technically, the .zip file IS publicly accessible, but someone would need to know the specific URL to get it
I’ll remove it when we finish this processThanks for your help
November 23, 2016 at 6:15 am #715721Hi,
Thanks for the info and the file, I get the same problem unfortunately. I think the problem is that the upload exeeds the max execution time on your server, could you contact your hosting provider and ask them to extend it? Given what you wrote in your first message that might not be all that easy though. If they are that difficult to get in touch with I would consider changing hosting provider.
Best regards,
Rikard -
