    Hello,

    I’m trying to install Enfold on my site and am getting the error “The link you followed has expired.”

    I was using my license on another site but I don’t have the theme installed there anymore.

    I’m not updating, I’m installing from the original files. Any idea why this would be happening?

    Please help. Credentials below.

    Hello,

    I am trying to install the theme and meet the same problem as biteandsip’s. The explain you replied is quite confusing. Could you please explain the solution more specifically?

    Hi Sissy,

    It’s all there in clear text:

    Make these changes in PHP Options to correct:

    max_execution_time 180

    memory_limit 512M or your highest available

    post_max_size 32M

    upload_max_filesize 64M

    If you don’t know how to do that then please contact your hosting provider, they should be able to help you out with that. You could also try installing manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for your help. The problem is solved!! It’s my setting problem.

    However, when I install the theme it says missing the style.css stylesheet.

    May I know what should I do?

    Hi Sissy,

    Great, glad you got it working. If the stylesheet is missing then you could try to delete the theme and install it again, or you could simply upload style.css from the theme package to the same folder on the server using FTP.
