I’m unable to import the content from the “shop” demo. Getting this message:
Error accessing file for download:
cURL error 28: Failed to connect to kriesi.at port 443 after 10002 ms: Timeout was reachedI checked the forum and tried to manually download. Added this line in functions.php file: add_theme_support( ‘avia_demo_store_downloaded_files’ );
Was able to download from github the shop.zip file and extract into this directory: /public_html/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia_demo_files
When I got back to import I’m only seeing the normal import option and still getting the same message.
Any suggestions?January 10, 2025 at 10:32 pm #1474953See below in private content message from my hosting provider.
January 11, 2025 at 1:30 pm #1474974Hi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which hosting provider are you using?

RikardJanuary 11, 2025 at 4:52 pm #1474988As a workaround, I am working on my site locally, then I plan to upload it to the web server. I was able to get the demo content downloaded locally.
But this is a problem that needs fixing. It appears to happen very frequently. Please take a look and see if you can get the “shop” demo content to download. I just wiped my existing website to start over. I was using the “construction” demo on the exact same web hosting setup. I downloaded it several weeks ago with no problems. But I tried downloaded that one again (construction) and I got the same error message.
My webhost is namecheap. stellar plan.
What is your email address to set up the temp admin account on my backend?
Thanks

Thanks for your offer to help. I gave up on trying to import the demo content to the webserver- there is systemic problem with your servers, as this issue is very common and not easy to fix apparently. However, I had no trouble downloading the demo content locally. I am developing my site locally then I will upload to my webserver when complete.
Best,
