    Hi All,

    I’ve been using enfold theme for a while and always work great. However this is the first time I´m having this type of issue.

    After a clean instalation of enfold theme, when I try to import “App demo” I´m getting the following error:
    “Wasn’t able to read demo files from downloaded zip file.”

    I´ve also give it a shot by following the instructions described here for “…manually import a theme demo” but I also failed with this.

    Something interesting is that I was able to download and import other demos (Visual Artist Demo and Small Business – Flat Demo).

    Hey dantearrighi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We noticed that the site contains an older version of the theme, 4.9. You may need to update the theme to version the latest version 5.6 before attempting to import the demo again. Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks Ismael, that´s correct. The problem is that I couldn’t update from dashboard nor theme options. I´ve downloaded latest version and manually replaced the files. I was able to finally install the demo. Thank you very much!
