    Hello, we are getting following error when trying to import any demo:

    Running WordPress 5.0.3
    Enfold 4.5.3

    Importing didnt work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again
    (The script returned the following message:

    Failed to import Media “1”
    Failed to import Media “013”
    Failed to import Media “014”
    Failed to import Media “2”
    Failed to import Media “imac_big_demo”
    All done. Have fun!

    Remember to update the passwords and roles of imported users.

    LayerSlider couldn’t download your selected slider. Please check LayerSlider -> System Status for potential issues. The WP Remote functions may be unavailable or your web hosting provider has to allow external connections to our domain.)

    Resetting WordPress and Enfold didn’t help. Still getting same error:

    Hi,

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Did you check the permission settings for your uploads folder?

    Vadikcoma, I have been able to download my Enfold theme then upload the WP theme but the link expired was the reading. I have written the designer with no response. I have written support and have had them wite back but only to give me suggestions to write on this group and written instructions which I did but still the same reading.

    I then bought the same theme again hoping to correct the issue but the same problem with the first theme (link expired)

    After that, I had to hire their suggested person/company Enfold suggests uploading the theme. Still, at this writing, I have a second theme I bought that reads link expired.

    Any assistance is appreciated!

    Hi Nikko, I tried all of the above and then some. I do not understand why a new link cannot be sent to me. I have asked everyone including the developer/designer with no response from the developer

    We are the developers of the theme and we’re obviously responding to you. If you need help installing the theme or a demo then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin and FTP login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
