    Hey guys,

    This is getting a bit frustrating. Looks like you closed the support ticket that was addressing my inability to get the proper support that I paid for. Please reopen that ticket or address my needs here.

    Each time I purchase a renewal of your support, I am still not able to create tickets on your forum. Please help.

    I reset your password, logged into your account, re-validated your existing purchase code in – and that worked.

    Please reset your password – and login. You should be able to start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)
