I am having an issue updating existing pages or creating new pages with the Avia PageBuilder. I’ve noticed other people have posted threads regarding this issue but no solution.
Can you help me out?
Thanks in advance.
February 28, 2019 at 5:59 am #1072483Hey efrencav,
Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves? Also, what version of PHP are you currently running?

I will disable the active plugins to see if that solves the issue. Here is a list of the versions I’m running for the system
WordPress 5.1 | PHP 5.6.30 | Apache | MySQL 5.6.32-78.0-logLet me know if you have any other questions.

Efren CavazosMarch 1, 2019 at 10:50 pm #1073432The problem is each page shows the classic builder at the top and avia page builder at the bottom. I’ve turned off all plugins and I’m still getting the issue.
See screenshot as a reference.
Is there any way to avoid this issue?
Thanks in advance.

March 3, 2019 at 9:30 am #1073874Hi,
You are running a very old version of the theme, that is the likely cause of your problems. Could you try to update to 4.5.4 to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the theme folder, then upload the new version. Also please make sure you have backups of the site before you start updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
