    I don’t know if this happened when I upgraded WordPress to 5.6.2, or if it happened when I upgraded Enfold to 4.7.6.4….but I can no longer edit any pages.
    When I try to edit something, everything loads just fine, but the text block edit box is empty. If I click on TEXT (instead of Visual), it’s still empty.

    I would assume that the Disable Gutenberg plugin is no longer needed….but if I disable this plugin, and I go to edit any page, the page is entirely blank…no WP headers, nothing….just a white blank webpage….at least with this plugin turned on, I get the overall edit page, I just don’t have anything in the Text Block edit box.

    Hi Owen,

    The latest version of Enfold has been released (4.8) and fixed issues that were found in the previous version, please update your site to the latest version of Enfold.
    Also, don’t forget to make a backup:

    Strange that when I upgraded Enfold, these problems all happened….then, somehow I am not on the current version.
    Anyway, I have upgraded to 4.8.1 and I am experiencing all of the same problems with my site.

    Your login in my previous private post is still valid.
    Please let me know what you see and how I can get this corrected.
    Our website has has major portions missing for over a week now.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I tried activating the parent theme, and both the front and backend starts working after that. Please try to remove all your customisations from the child, then add them back one by one, to see what is causing the problems on your site.

    Thanks, I found a problem in my functions.php had something that apparently isn’t needed anymore. I removed it and it is now working.
    1 final issue to resolve, but I will post that in another thread.
