    Hello,
    I have the issue (HTTP error 500) after I deployed staging site to live site. Would you resolve this issue, pls!
    I have used Enfold theme in staging site.
    PHP Fatal Error in the theme: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /nas/content/live/olpkcc/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php:14) in /nas/content/live/olpkcc/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php on line 12

    WP Engine support agent have let me know above php error.

    Hey,

    Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file :)

    I’m receiving the same HTTP error 500 when simply trying to update from 4.0.7 to most recent version. ?

    I tried both FTP and Theme panel to install.

    Can you please check server log for error?

    The WordPress Error Log is your Friend

    Credentials did not work for me. Could you please update the credentials?
