Hi, after I update my website wordpress and Enfold Theme I can not change text anymore. When I change text and publish or use preview option I get a message, 503 page and by email:
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.

It is the Enfold theme but I don’t know how to solve, I am struggling a whole week now.
    Also wordpress downgrade did’t help.

The webinar start soon and I have to change text about the webinar.
    Can you help me asap?
    thank you,
    Regards Merlijn

    Hey merlijn,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please upgrade the account you posted to have administrator rights.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

sorry for delay in answering. The problem is solved. It is hard to find this message after a day or several days. The notify email function didn’t work this time.

I have another problem, possible it is a setting but I can’t find.
The layer slider is not visable at mobile devices.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Did you check if you have selected to hide the slider in question on mobile, under LayerSlider->Slider Settings->Mobile?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Now it works fine!
