Hi Enfold team!
I try to change my logo under Enfold Child > theme options.
Unfortunately I can’t delete my current logo or upload a new one.Could you please help me with that?
Thank you.
EefkeOctober 26, 2020 at 4:49 pm #1255771Hi Eefke,
Thanks for giving us admin access, I could see js errors in the web console that’s why it’s not working.
The issue is caused by WordPress 5.5 which has removed jQuery migrate which is used by Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below.
To temporarily fix this, I have installed and activated this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
This issue is addressed in the latest version of Enfold (if you plan to update now then make a backup first), once updated you can safely remove the plugin.Best regards,

October 27, 2020 at 12:39 pm #1256020Hi shedoesitcoaching,
Can you try to clear the browser cache?
Also, can you give us the URL of the image you want to use as the logo?
You can post it in private contentBest regards,
NikkoOctober 28, 2020 at 1:14 pm #1256357Hi Nikko,
I’ve emptied the cache, but that didn’t do the trick either.
The url of the image is in the private content. Not sure if it has the right demensions yet. Many thanks.

Looks great! Could you please make it a bit smaller? See the logo on my Dutch page?

I have made the changes, please check.
As for the jQuery Migrate showing up, you can ignore this, these are the files that use the jQuery Migrate file which is removed in WordPress 5.5.
Since you are still using Enfold 4.4.1 which uses jQuery Migrate then this plugin is a must, but this issue is fixed in Enfold 4.7.6.2 (current version is 4.7.6.4).
Once you have updated to the latest version of Enfold then this plugin can be removed and those warnings will also be removed.
Also, I would advise creating a backup first before updating the theme.Best regards,

YigitOctober 29, 2020 at 5:39 pm #1256823Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your quick reply. My theme update page says: You are running the latest version! (4.4.1)
Your colleague Nikko wrote there is a newest version: 4.7.6.4.
How can I get that version? Thanks.
October 29, 2020 at 6:17 pm #1256838Hi shedoesitcoaching,
Can you try the solution I posted on this thread or Guenni007’s solution (in the same thread)? https://kriesi.at/support/topic/a-bit-urgent-enfold-theme-and-child-theme-update-not-working/#post-1254106
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoOctober 29, 2020 at 7:25 pm #1256861Hi Nikko,
Yes that worked! Wow your instruction made it really easy for me.
So now I have the latest Enfold version!Unfortunately is has put back my old logo.
I can change it now myself, so that’s great. I’ve tried to add my new logo, but it appears too small. How can I make it the same size again as my logo on my Dutch homepage.
See private content.Thank you.
EefkeOctober 30, 2020 at 3:34 am #1256966Hi Eefke,
We’re happy to hear that :)
I have re-uploaded the cropped version of your logo (the original has a lot of space on top and bottom that’s why it looks small on the header), please check.Best regards,

Please try to flush out cache if you have a caching plugin or your site’s server has some built-in caching.
Also, try to clear the browser cache as your browser might be fetching cached js files.Best regards,

That looks great. Many thanks for all your help!
You can close this now.November 1, 2020 at 11:37 pm #1257479Hi support,
I would like the same effect as Enfold logo, that means wite logo over image that resize and disappears when scrolling down to be replaced by coloured logo.
Unfortunately I’ve uploaded the logo in my child theme but the logo over image remain the basic Enfold one.
My website URL is https://www.lucaveronesi.it/
Thank you,

You can set the logo in the transparent state under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options.
