    Hi,

    We have several licenses foe Enfold in the Themeforest account as we always design new customer sites using Enfold.
    We have created the private token and applied it to the customer themes a while ago however, there are 4-5 sites that are not updating.
    We see a long URL and a message ‘An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Forbidden’
    We have re-validated the tokens but that does not make a difference.
    Other sites have updated successfully using the same token.
    Can anyone offer guidance please?

    I am having the exact same issue. Following all of the troubleshooting steps at https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. When I try using the Envato Market plugin, I see the following after saving my token:

    Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token. Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:

    View and search Envato sites
    Download your purchased items
    List purchases you’ve made

    I tried removing all permissions except the three listed, to “ensure only the following…”

    Please advise.

    Thank you Victoria,
    Can you tell me why the update is working fine for some sites but not for all of them please?
    We have many Enfold installations and it will take us a long time to FTP into every site to replace files.
    This was a bug to update 4.5.2 to 4.5.3. As we’re are now on 4.5.4, when will this be resolved as we would rather wait for the next update instead.
