    It is the strangest thing. All of a sudden we cannot type the letter “e” in the text editor.
    I does work in the visual editor though.

    I am running the latest WordPress Version
    Current version: 5.8

    I believe I am running the most current version of the enfold plugin
    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.8.5)

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Hey Brian,

    Thanks for the login details. I checked the post in private, but I can’t see any problems there. Is this happening on a specific post or page only?

    I have only tested this on posts.
    My creative director is having the same issue and he is in another state. So it is not an issue of personal pc settings or cache.

    Can you try again to re-create? It is very strange you could not re-create the issue.
    Just go into a current post and try to edit a text/html block in the text part of the editor.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for the update. I can see the same problem as you are describing when editing the post in private. I can’t reproduce the problem on test installation though. First off, please try updating to the latest version of the theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins, and activate the parent theme, to see if that changes anything.

    Hi, I have the same problem… I’ve already tried disabling plugins and it doesn’t work.
    I’m using the latest version of Enfold.

    I was able to fix the issue by disabling a WordPress plugin called Taxopress.

    Taxopress never heard of the issue and won’t fix it unless I pay to become a premium member.

    They think it is a conflict with another plugin or the theme.

    It is a Bummer I had to deactivate taxopress :(

    Hi Rikard,
    I found this thread about not being able to type the letter “e” in the ALB.
    My issue in in the squad member name and description.
    Is there any fix beside deactivating taxopress? :)

    Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further, as I’m not sure I fully understand it.
