    Hi there,
    In an ‘under construction’ website I suddenly cannot see the colors/color selection popup boxes anymore in General Styling and Advanced Styling.
    I see only white boxes, the same tone as the ‘white’ of the interface itself.
    I checked the Personal Key and confirmed it.

    Please help, we are working towards going live.
    Login is in the private section.

    I checked your website and I can see colors in color picker just fine. I attached a screenshot in private content field below.

    If that is not what you meant, could you please post a screenshot and show us the issue? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

    Thanks for the quick response Yigit, I tried again, no reaction. When I try on 3 different Enfold websites, there is no problem. I tried in exactly the same browser, different Tab. See my print screen in Private Content

    Hey,

    Are you seeing the same issue when you check on a different browser?
    Since I could not reproduce the issue when I logged in, I think issue might be related to browser add-ons if you are using any.

    Update: when I open it in Safari it is normally visible. So it seems to be a Chrome thing (I work almost solely in Chrome).
    Yet other websites do it perfectly in exactly the same browser screen.
    Any thoughts on this?

    Hi,

    I checked on Firefox first and now tried on Chrome but it still looks fine on my end. Have you tried disabling add-ons? :)

    Thanks, do you mean browser add-ons? as in Chrome extensions? Not yet, but then I don’t understand why pretty much the same enfold websites do show the color settings.

    Switching off ColorZilla Chrome extension (enables to analyze specific color within a browser screen) did the job!! (And it is still there after switching back on).
