Sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder from the server and then re-upload a fresh copy via FTP to see if that helps please?
Best regards,

I downloaded a new version from ftp. Removed ‘enfold’ folder and installed a new one.
I still cannot enter the back-end.
There is anothe issue: PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Events__Main’ not found in /home/juiforg/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming.php on line 62
I’ve checked the directory and didn’t find the file ‘events_upcoming.php’ but it has been found in another directory ‘/avia-shortcodes/events_upcoming’.
I still cannot enter the back-end.Help me please.

TomMay 21, 2018 at 5:53 pm #959888Hi,
@rteckagencyllc please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp and update the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files. Issue occurs when folders are merged while they need to be replaced.Best regards,
Yigit -
