    Hi team,
    suddenly, I can’t leave a reply on any post. When I fill the fields and hit send, I got a “Page cannot be displayed” error. From a mobile device, the error is err_empty_response.

    Any suggestion?

    Hey aprivitera,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    We also request for ftp access, so we can check the files and error logs.

    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi aprivitera,

    I have checked it, sorry I haven’t got back to you on time. Can you try to re-update wordpress? I tested your site and it seems the problem isn’t the theme, I have the plugins disabled and had tried to check it with the default wordpress theme (twentyfourteen) and the result is still the same. No errors were generated even if debug is set to true also, so I couldn’t figure out why this error is appearing.
